Problem is, rumor has it there will be a "new" version of the 360 with a 120gb hd and HDMI built in. I think this might be part of the "phase out" of the old versions.

i'm going to wait to find out, since i really don't need one anyway. BUT, Guitar Hero 2 should be AWESOME for it.

MS on their expertzone site for retail folks also has a bundle with an Xbox 360 Pr, additional wireless controller, Viva Pinata and Gears of War for $389 plus tax, S&H. You have to submit a copy of a paystub as proof of qualifying employment, which they don't require on most items in the expertzone. Also makes me wonder if they are starting to clear out the inventory.
