K-Os: Atlantis - Hymns for Disco (2007)
I've been listening to this - at first with trepidation and now with glee.
I think this album has a similar feel as Gnarls Barkley's St. Elsewhere, except with more of a rock edge to it.
Anybody else listening to this one?

It came out in Canada in October and I love it. k-os is very talented at making very layered, very catchy genre bending music. If you haven't picked up his previous albums Joyful Rebellion or Exit, they are equally as good...each album really delivers IMO. I'm really interested to see how this record fares in the US, since k-os is pretty huge up here in Canada - lots of fans and awards.
His albums are also pretty well organized - not front loaded and all the songs feel like one complete package, rather than a few singles mixed in with a bunch of filler. A very solid record.
