Help finding a version of "Fields of Gold" by Sting
It was the version on "Studio 60 On the Sunset Strip" which was just the mandarin (I believe) and Sting singing. Does he have an album like this?

Here's the Lute Album:

"Fields of Gold" isn't on it, though.

I agree that was a good version of the song and would probably prefer an album of his hits on the lute, than what he put out. (My wife likes the lute album)
I was thinking of ripping it from the show, but I noticed with all the musical guest on S60OTSS, they always talked over some part of the songs to "ruin" the music.

And I think I saw Message in a Bottle listed on the new DVD/CD release of the PBS show.

There's some video posted on the amazon page.
This show was just on my local PBS HD channel yesterday, so check your listings.
