I liked this movie, but I am not sure I need an extended version of it. Maybe if every extra minute is Dr. Doom, I will pick it up. Otherwise, I am happy with what I got.

Finally it's coming. I held off buying this the first time around because of the lack of extras. Now it'll be nice to finally see this movie again and not have to double dip.

I passed on the first release as well. I'll buy this one for sure.

If it comes with a ticket for the sequel, I'll definitely pick it up. I thought the first one was a pretty enjoyable movie and I wouldn't mind buying it.

Might be the only way that I would pick this up.

As others mentioned, I passed on the 1st release for hopes of a bigger one. This looks like it. And even though I've been seeing the movie a LOT on HBO lately, I'm curious about the extended cut.

And I never get sick of those comic-book docs/featurettes

Everyone should have known this was coming. I will certainly be picking this up. Daredevil greatly benefited from extended time. I'm hoping F4 does the same. Both of these films' theatrical versions felt very rushed. I was hoping for more than 5 extra minutes, however.

I cant wait for this extended edition. If the movie was anything like th book, it would be 10X better. I read the book first and it was awesome. They had much better characterization.

I have the BB tin edition so Ill grab this as well....

EDIT: Crap....looks lik its only 5 minutes of extras put in......thats crappy.

The deleted and extended scenes should be good...

WTF? 5 minutes is enough to call it an "extended edition"?!?!

I got the first release as a gift, so I might look into getting this one when it comes out. The movie wasn't all that bad (it would have been great, IMO, if they had made Dr Doom more of a serious bad ass and made him much more difficult to defeat) and I wouldn't have ever gotten the single disc version on my own.

It is for a FOX release !!!

What's 'next' for this company .........???

BORAT - THE MORE THAN 80 MINS EXTENDED EDITION
XMEN 3 - THE LAST EXTENDED STAND

Double dipping has become its own 'art form'. Shoppers should have learnt by now NOT to purchase the first DVD release of main FOX titles (and its going to be the same with Blu-ray as well - hey - FOX just wants your $$$)

Damned pity there's one FOX title that wont get a double dip - and thats IDIOCRACY !!

SOOO glad I passed on the first release as I knew it would come (like Man On Fire, I,Robot, Day After Tomorrow, Mr & Mrs Smith.....). I'll happily pick this up & I'm really hoping for movie cash which I really expect it to have. Now when will they announce X Men 3.5. Passed on the original of that too.

I passed on the first DVD. If there is a movie ticket inside for the sequel I'll definately consider it. It wasn't the best movie but it wasn't as bad as reviewers made it out either.

I passed on the first release but I might get this one. I thought the movie was dumb fun for a comic flick. And if there's movie cash for the sequel it pretty much pays for itself.

Passed on the first release, expecting this one. I'll pick it up right away for the ticket (if there is one) or wait until the price drops.
