problem when i click "checkout" over bestbuy.com

iam using Explorer 7, and i when i click "checkout", it just take me to the front page...what should i do to solve this problem?

to solve this problem i used Firefox in the past.but today iam having a probelm with Firefox too...when i click checkout, it doesn nothing.

any suggestions or anything i can change in my browsers settings?

Not sure but I think your computer has been attacked by something type of internet virus which disturbs the browsing functions, and frequently takes it to the unknown page.
i had this sort of problems one year ago.

well it just worked well for me using firefox like always...but i dunno about the explorer problem...man IE 7 has many problems...

i cant use the bestbuy site with either opera or IE. trying to use the store locator just keeps taking me back to the front page, cant check inventory, and cant add anything to my cart. unbelievable.

edit- didnt work with netscape either.

well then you have to do what i did and download Firefox.

bestbuy.com works just fine with IE7..you probably just had to delete cookies..which you basically did by loading firefox
I have not had any issues anywhere using IE7

iam definitly sure it cam work fine with IE7 but i have to change the settings of my IE7 first but the problem is that i don't know which settings i should change...

I've had occasional trouble on bestbuy.com also, and if I change the IE settings to accept all cookies, that usually fixes it.
