Warm maybe. I've see the time I wished shipping were free or they had something on the website but not at the local store. Local store is 3 miles away so works well for me.

This was on yesterday's Wall Street Journal This Morning broadcast. Wally World has been trying this out in Texas for a while now. They learned that folks spent an average of ~$60 on stuff IN ADDITION to what they ordered when they came in for pickup. So they're rolling the service out nationwide now. Here's the schedule:
I have used the STS service 2 times and have been pleased. They don't supply a tracking number but tell you when the item(s) have shipped. My disappointment was that it took forever to get any assistance at the layaway center to pick up the item, which is no way related to the STS.
