Molly Shannon looked like HELL.

Its like she lost some weight too fast and she had too much skin everywhere.

Ugh.

Great show. Sad to see this going away, hopefully only temporarily. This show fits well in NBC's Thursday night lineup and would be a nice successor to take over Scrubs spot as it heads into the sunset either this year or next. I'm guessing they will keep it around. They showed faith in The Office despite low ratings initially, and that turned out well. I hope this follows a similar course.

I'm getting tired of saying how great this show is every week.

I loved the casting of Lane, Shannon, and Fallon(redhead drinking sister) for Jack's family. BTW, who played the other Liz? I hate imdb's new setup. Looking up stuff is a pain.

nathan lane was great..

And liz getting all worked up and firing the other liz was exactly how people want to do things.

I loved the whole 'scientology' bit with tracy.

the CASH gag I know from Bottom or The Young Ones .

Are you sure?

I thought it was her too but 30 Rock wasn't listed on her page. Oh well, maybe it hasn't been added.

"Bono and Sandra Day O'Connor" was hilarious.

How sad...no 30 Rock for awhile...

I thought this was the least funny episode in weeks. Tina Fey was very good though & "You're fired!" was the highlight for me.

‘We lose half the congregation when American idol season starts’

or it goes something like that, pretty good episode again this week. not as good as the 2 episodes before it but still a decent episode. I HATE Molly Shannon, she has to be in every show i think. when she was on scrubs she was tolerable but still i couldn't stand her.

6 more weeks till a new episode of 30 Rock, hopefully Andy Barker P.I will be good. i am a HUGE conan O'Brien fan and hes the ex. producer so ill watch it until 30 Rock comes back, Raines looks good too.

My wife totally called Anna Chlumsky - I was beyond impressed. We checked her name in the credits. Of course, I knew it was Patrick Wilson, Broadway star, in the new Gap commercial with Claire Danes and she didn't...so I don't know what that says about us.

Anyway, great episode, as always. Tracy trying out the religions was great. Tina Fey freaking out and firing everyone was great. And Nathan Lane and Alec Baldwin were an awesome pairing.

And I swear every week Tina Fey looks hotter and hotter.

I just watched the last three episodes of this show for the first time and both my wife and I are completely hooked. Excellent writing... funny as hell. The episode with Tracy calling his doc "Dr. Spaceman" had us crying.
