Little House moving to Lions Gate

According to tvshowsondvd.com, The Little House on the Prairie franchise will be moving to Lions Gate.

According to the post the rumor is they will just be distibuting the same product that is currently distributed by Gold Hill Home Media. But they have been unable to verify with Lions Gate.

I need to get a few more volumes of this. My daughter loves it and I haven't see it since I was a kid.

Funny thing, though, I've seen so many horror movies on Lion's gate, that when I read this thread I immediatey pictured Laura Ingles with an ax and covered with blood.

The good news is that usually DD and others have run Lions Gate B1G1Free. Hopefully this will become at least a once per year sale. Then we can pick them up super cheap.

I figured this was happening back in December. A customer asked me to order a season of Little House and I went all over hell and back through distributors to find someone with a copy. I finally had to go through Amazon.com, they were the only place that had it.

I just recently watched the whole series, and found that my favorite episodes were the ones when Almonzo and Laura first met, when they courted and then got married - after that, is when the show "jumped the shark" for me.

I've got four of the seasons but only watched maybe 2 and a half so far. In fact, been awhile since I watched an episode. I got them mainly because this was one of my fav shows as a kid. Maybe I'll throw in a disc tonight.

Yep, new & used DVD's. No games, no VHS, etc. Named, appropriately enough, The Movie Exchange

I also sell dvd. Maybe we could talk shop someday. It would be interesting to eventually figure out the games suppliers play.
