Why the heck did 50 First Dates have a production budget of $75 million ?

There wernt any special effects in it ? No big explosions, no eleborate stuntwork ...

Actor's salaries probably. Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore aren't cheap.

Actors Salary, filmed on location in Hawaii. Its a great looking movie. I thought it was pretty good too

the estimated budget on Ali listed on imdb is 107 million, wondering where it went....

Especially considering filming in Mozambique is easy, straightforward and cheap.
