I just got off the phone with the Bakersfield Sam Goody manager and she said the promotion started Wednesday the 28th and is good through next teusday the 6th of march.
This is just like the previous FYE deal.
You can check www.secondspin.com for DVD values as in the FYE deal they wouldn't take DVD's with a trade in value less than $1.
I missed out on the previous FYE promotion as no one here in Bako were running the promotion.
Some people in the FYE thread had also mentioned that they were able to just get $14.99 store credit for future purchases, but this is very YMMV.

Is this sale also active at Suncoast?
Do either of them have any decent titles for $14.99? That seems like a godawful high price to pay for used product.

Update:
Went in on my lunch break with 18 DVD's. They accepted all of them except the ones I got from the Hollywood Video $1 sale a couple weeks ago. I guess Hollywood used some kind of bogus Barcodes. Anyway, the manager took 12 of them so that meant i could get 6 DVD's. She said they had to be $14.99 or less, but I asked if i could pay the difference and she said sure.
I ended up with:
Underworld 2 Disc Extended SE $14.99
Mission Impossible III 2 disc SE $15.99
Full Metal Alchemist Movie $15.99
Samurai 7 Volume 1 $15.99
Samurai 7 (can't remember which episode) $15.99
Little Miss Sunshine $14.99
Ended up paying the extra $4 plus tax on the whole thing (though I think if my total would have been under the $90 credit i got I wouldn't have had to pay tax).
Pretty good haul for a bunch of crappy DVD's I had laying around. Now to figure out how to print the proper barcodes for these DVD's, though I don't know what else I could trade for. They did have a LE Raging Bull I may go back for.

It was active at the Suncoast in St Louis last weekend. DOn't know if it's still going on.

The FYE deal is still active, unless it ended in the last day or two. Also, my local FYE started at $1 as the cutoff, but quickly raised it to $3.

Hmmm... I was just in my local FYE today and talked to one of the employees about it and she didn't say anything. I didn't bring my DVD's in with me because I didn't want to lug the bag all around the mall if there was nothing I wanted, so I stopped in and checked the selection first.
Of course that doesn't mean much... I had to teach this employee how to ring the trade through last week. It makes me wonder if it's the employee's fault, the manager's fault, or FYE's fault. There were never any signs up about the deal, and the 2 times I traded stuff in with the manager he acted like it was some big inconvenience to him. I don't know if FYE didn't send out marketing for the deal and didn't bother sending instructions as to how to do it (quite possible since every store seems to handle things like this in a different way) or if the manager just didn't put the marketing up and didn't tell his employees about the deal so they wouldn't have to deal with taking in a lot of useless junk.

Ok..One store said deal still on and one said signs taken down and she thinks it is over..in Orange County for FYE..I defintely would try to trade some more in though they are very picky and wont take just anything for 2 for 1 that rings up at $1.00 but will pay credit on many titles instead at manager's discretion as they don't want junk.
