What's up with this Salo?

Anyone heard anything about this version of Salo from HKFlix?

If it's Euro Cult, it's a bootleg.

I don't see how a company that sells the Jodorowsky titles at this very moment, together with Salo can be considered legit. For obvious reasons!

The good news is Criterion is redoing Salò and I thought I heard the Jodorowsky movies are coming out on DVD once their national theatrical tour is over, no?

From Criterion "On Five" website:

Salò:
Have we been able to renew our rights? Well, here’s the answer you weren’t expecting. Yes. We’re working on a brand new HD transfer now. It’ll be a totally new release and be out in 2007.

Correct! That is why I said "obvious reasons" above. Perhaps I was wrong.

1. Salo to be rereleased (during summer I believe) by Criterion.

2. Jodorowsky 6DVD boxset by Anchor Bay (official UK date is May 14, US date to be confirmed).

The only edit I have read concerning the old Criterion edition is as follows:

The Criterion has deleted a scene (25-second sequence during the first wedding ceremony).

actually my question was directed to the upcoming reissue. Maybe the new version will reinstate this missing scene (at the least)
