Poor Jerry.
Alan destroyed him.
Guess Shirley took the week off.
Not really feeling the whole Clarence/Clarice/Oprah relationship sl.

I agree with the okay episode sentiments. I wasn't into the trials, and I didn't care for the new Jerry as much as I liked the old one (boy did Alan get to him, though). Still, some funny stuff. I kinda missed Jeffery Coho, too.
I noticed there was no "next on Boston Legal" at the end of the episode. They usually still do it when there wont be an episode for two weeks or so. Are we going to be without an episode for the next month or so now?

Agreed. The show just hasn't been doing much for me lately. I hope I'm not reaching the burnout point that comes with every DEK series I've watched.

Man, Alan was brutal.
Apart from the whole "Denise goes hormonal" subplot, I thought this was a solid ep. Glad to see the back of the hedgehog. She was really getting on my nerves.

Brad was over the top toolish. Denny was okay. Alan was excellent....until the second closing. Getting tired of the long preachy closings, but it comes with the territory.

Keeping up with 'Boston Legal'

Meanwhile, "Boston Legal" cast member Mark Valley (Brad Chase) has signed with
NBC as one of two leads for the comedy pilot "Business Class."
Valley will play an amoral salesman in "Business Class," a comedy from
"Simpsons" veterans Bill Oakley and Josh Weinstein. The show centers on two
rival salesmen who live their lives on the road.
Before "Boston Legal," Valley starred in the cult favorite action-comedy "Keen
Eddie." No word on whether he'd leave "Boston" if NBC picked up the new show.

I didn't think this was really worthy of it's own thread, so......
I saw that FX was quickly approaching the final season of The Practice during it's M-F 8/7AM showing. I had only seen the Denny Crane episodes during it's initial run and wanted to catch-up on the complete Alan Shore final season.
I checked the TiVo again yesterday only to find out they're starting from the pilot and completely passing over the Alan Shore year.
Do you think the syndication package prevents them from playing this season because of Boston Legal? Or what would be the reason?
