High IMDB rating not on top 250?

I am interested in compiling a list of movies that have higher than a 7.5 IMDB rating that are not on the top 250.

I am doing this strictly to get film titles out there for myself and others to put on our netflix queues that has flown under our radars.

example:
serenity 8.0
shop around the corner 7.9
before sunrise 7.9 /sunset 8.1

etc.
