Looks like the site is temporarily down, but when it was there you just had to click on make a donation. (i think it said no-thank you donation) Then on the page where you fill out your information, there was a check box for the dvd.

It's working now. I think I looked everywhere but there! I wasn't expecting the "no thank-you gift" form to have anything about a bonus DVD in return for a contribution.

Glad I could help. It's actually there on any donation level, but that's the only one where you can specify your own amount. I heard about the show on the radio today, and my wife loves it, so I figured it was worth a shot.
