I never would have thought a judge could look hot in the robes, but Gail O'Grady proved me wrong.

Pretty impressive if James Spader did that closing all in one take.

Mmm... Gail O'Grady did look yummy in the robe. Spader's closings are just amazing to watch and listen to on a weekly basis.

Couldn't muster much interest in the "Who's the daddy" subplot with Denise.

Spader was great this episode.

If I was in the jury the closing of the defense attorney would have put me to sleep.

I was surprised to find out that the city of Boston actually has THREE judges.

Uhhhh, maybe Denise should have figured out whether she was going to keep the baby or not BEFORE involving the two men.

That's stupid and irritating.

And of course she would tell them both at once that she was pregnant in order to make it as awkward as possible. "In case you two had forgotten that you busted me for fucking both of you last week, I'd like to get all three of us together again to remind you."

I was happy to see them poking fun of the weekly soapboxing, but I'd be happier to see them start to limit it on the show even though I typically agree with it.

Third very good ep in a row IMO. Spader's quick line to the gay judge aboutr having sore hips made me stop the tape. Lots of little jokes that were easy to miss in this one.

Mark Valley (Brad) has got a new pilot for NBC. If it gets picked up, expect him to be written out.

And I wouldn't blame him. The writers seem to either marginalize him or make him ultra-dickish. Or both.

It would be great if they could bring in Sienna Miller for Mark Valley's last episode.

I think there's a lot of other regulars they should be writing out. Has Coho stepped in a courtroom since his initial trial?

I was more irritated by the fact that she is just learning she is pregnant this week, but the actress was clearly showing already in a scene from last week.

My question is whether or not she actually did the paternity test or if she just made that up. In reality (which I know has nothing to do with television), you can't do a paternity test that early.

Why is Clarence a regular? His character doesn't add anything more to the show than any other recurring character has; if anything he adds less. I would much rather watch Hands on a weekly basis.

so, why did both BL and CSI NY happen to mention the same drug the same week?
