Favorite shop for DVD exclusives thread.
I thought about this because lately Target has been coming up with some nice ones, especially the lenticular packaging (some are great- Harry Potter: GoF and some not so- Final Destination 3, but i love a lenticular.)
I thought Best Buy use to, but nothing there really piques my interests.
Now, Futureshop with their steelbooks are so tempting, but alas impossible to get in the states.
So what store do you think has the most consistent best selection of exclusives for new release DVD's?

I'll vote Best Buy for now (based off 2004/2005), but if Target keeps it up like they did in 2006 (and I hope they don't because I fuckin' hate Target and loathe giving them any of my money), then they'll take the top spot in no time.

Well, it's not so much where, but what kind of exclusives that interests me. I voted BEST BUY, but often WAL-MART will have the exclusive I'm most interested in, other times it has been TARGET, and even Circuit City on occasion. There are various types of exclusives of course, and no one store seems to offer one type more often than the others. I usually go for bonus DVDs with extra behind-the-scenes stuff much more than tins, lithographs, figurines or lenticulars, but every place I shop seems to rotate through all those different types depending on the release. Basically, I just shop around.

I didn't vote, because I don't think there really is a clear cut winner. Exclusives vary SO much, and from week to week. I love bonus discs, and sometimes CC has the best, sometimes BB has the best, etc. Also, people are into different types of exclusives. One that I might think is great, others might think are stupid.
I also don't consider Wal-mart to have bonuses...they make you pay for whatever you get...that's not a bonus

It varies every week, but, by far, Best Buy has the most freebies of various types. They are not always the best, but they usually have at least 4 different "freebies" everytime I'm there.
