It's like the Mona Lisa compared to their box art for Day of the Dead 2.

Who are these people, and how can they be stopped?

Absolutely loved the original. The second one was cheesy and one would think they would stop there. Now there will be a third????

Neither Stephen King nor George Romero (the team behind the first two) has any association with this straight-to-video flick, so it's a CREEPSHOW film in name only.

I hope the Creepshow Creep is in it; I don't see him on the cover -- a sign that this might be Creepshow in name only. But I'll hang onto my cash until the reviews come out.

Did this get released in [insert foreign land here] already, because I watched this on DVD at a friends house a couple of weeks ago?

I'd ask him, but he went out of town today.

I hope the Creepshow Creep is in it; I don't see him on the cover
He's not.

The movie also has really lame CGI effects.

If it didn't , I'd worry that Clavell and Dudelson had lost their special touch (of death).

At most it's a rental unless you want the 3rd one because you have the other ones. Not only is it at most a rental, but it's a secondary rental. Make sure you get something that you want to watch if you rent this.

Don't worry, there isn't any spoilers in the following, just vague descriptions of what the stories are about.

Instead of having the Creep guy at the beginning, you get a lame violent cartoon about a little kid. They also have stuff in the movie that refer to it like ads.

In the first story is about a girl whose father gets a universal remote that does more than control the TV. Viewer beware!!!!!!!!!

To give you an idea of how bad the story sucked, those two previous sentences made that story sound 500% better than it actually did. It also made 500% more sense than the story actually did.

The second one is about a security guard that buys a radio from a bum. Not just any radio, but a radio that does more than a normal radio would. Listener beware!!!!!!!!!!

500% better than the first story yet it still leaves the question, why and how did everything happen? The first one suffered from this also.

I'll mention a little about the rest of the stories tomorrow.
