FYE CS phone number?

Does anyone know the FYE customer service phone number? It is conspicuously absent from their website (at least as far as I could tell), and the number appearing on DVDTalk's "Customer Service phone numbers" page goes into a fax machine (866-393-7529).

I only ever got through to an answering machine and they never would call back or answer any emails. I ended up just having my credit card company reverse the charges.
