Are these crazy kids ever going back to school (everything else seems fixed from Zod's damage) or is school written out permanently (and conveniently)?

although I expected "yet another main character goes to the mental hospital" episode to suck, this isn't that bad

Yeah, the Yaris product placement and announcement wasn't too subtle.

Enjoyed the Martian Manhunter's appearance. They slipped it past me on the first mention of him being from Mars, but not the second time around.

Damn, it got mushy at the end with Clark and Chloe, and then even more mushier with Clark and Lana.

Lana and Clark crap

Good to see the Martian Manhunter. Like how they brought up his fire weakness.

Next week looks good

I enjoyed it, but PLEASE end the Clark-Lana back and forth crap once and for all!

And who's Martian Manhunter? (not a comic reader)

That's exactly what it is, and we know what happens. Wild stuff will happen and at the end of the episode the reset button will be pushed, and we'll be right back where we were.

I don't know this time. I'm sick and tired of the same damn Clark/Lana merry-go-round, but she has to find out about him soon. There's just no way they can drag it out any longer, I think. RedK might be the easy way out for them to let her find out.

I wondered the same thing. What happened to school? Did it vanish with Fine?
Allot of references to past episodes which was cool.
Loved the Jorel soap! I'd like some of that for my Bathroom.

That sound throughout the entire episode was making my headache worse

ok episode, really wish they showed more of the Martian Manhunter. I was really hoping they'd show MM's true form, doubt that will happen with a TV budget.

Mother F***er. My DVR didn't pick this up for some reason. That's twice this season, the previous was with MNIE a few weeks back.

The score was great. I couldn't help but feel like I was watching a movie.

I really enjoyed this episode. I almost wish it didn't have any of the Smallville regulars but Clark. I realize it was integral to the plot and Chloe was great as always.

I watched the 'Lexmas' episode a couple nights ago on DVD and I thought this week was a cool parallel to that episode.

One can hope, but that hope is futile. The writers of this show don't have any guts. They somehow like keeping the status quo. They want allow things to move too much.

Don't happen to have Comcast do you? I can't get anything on the CW to series record. Have to individually select the episodes...

Me too. I wear a hearing aid and that humming music or whatever you want to call it was annoying the crap out of me.

It was very annoying to me UNTIL the very end, when it was revealed that Clark was hearing that sound too and that it had been Shelby all along barking to wake him up, I kinda dug that. Come to think of it, I really dug it, because it was that sound that made Lana fade from behind the glass right before the "treatment" and what forced Clark to finally act and "choose" his super-hero life.

I was expecting the standard story that's been done many times before in sc-fi/fantasty (DS9 - Far Beyond the Stars, the Buffy ep that this was virtually identical to) but I was pleasantly suprised with how much I enjoyed it. J'onn really helped, though.
