Wow, I think I actually made a joke about something like this happening in one of those virgin threads in Adult. Maybe I should get a job pitching reality shows (a.k.a v.p. of alternative programming).

It's billed as "From the originator of the Paris Hilton video and American Cannibal". As if that's something good.
Didn't Howard Stern do something like this? I remember a contest with a group of geeky virgins and the winner got to have sex with a porn star.

They should keep in mind that Howard sued when ABC aired "Are You Hot?" because it was ripoff of his "The Evaluators" segment.
