Just thinking about this week's dreary looking Epic Movie makes me head hurt, but it also gave me this idea. To go along with the weekly boxoffice thread, maybe we should have a weekly thread where we try to guess what the Tomatometer ratings of upcoming movies are going to be, just based off the trailers and the premise. I probably should have been started sooner than Wednesday, but we lucked out and have 3 potential stinkers this week that aren't being screened to reviewers. The Jennifer Garner starring rom-com Catch and Release, the teen-wolf wannabe Blood and Chocolate, and the afore mentioned cinematic holocaust Epic Movie. (Smoking Aces is coming out this week too, but it's already got 18 reviews, so I'm not going to include that one.) Make your picks, and we'll see who gets the closest to each movie, and the best overall.

I really don't know much about these three, but that Blood and Chocolate movie somehow looked even worse than Epic Movie.

Seems like one that could be 70% fresh or better.

Catch and release looks light and inoffensive. A 40-s ish, that nobody really likes but that nobody really feels a need to come out and ridicule.

I see, I figured Epic Movie wasn't and I just guessed that other two weren't either since they didn't have any reviews yet at RT. I don't really know much about Catch and Release, but Blood and Chocolate looked pretty Convenant-y, so I just assumed they'd probably be holding that one back. I guess the reviewers just haven't got around to writting them yet.
