Since New Line never played this in more than a handful of theaters, I'll certainly buy this on release day. I'm not surprised by the lack of features. In the Bedroom, which is from Todd Field, also had 0 extras.

I was really hoping New Line would have jumped on the high def bandwagon by the time this got released but that ain't happening. I'll probably buy the SD disc because this movie is incredible. Great performances and directed to perfection by Field IMO. My number 2 film of 2006.

I hope that New Line releases this in HD later this year. Although it's not a high-impact movie, I imagine it will get the HD treatment down the line.
I still have In the Bedroom on DVD. I got it for $6 at a Wal-Mart clearance and haven't seen it yet.

In the Bedroom is fantastic, you'll be doing yourself a favor by watching it.
Can't wait for this, one of the better movies of last year. Films like this don't require extras to entice my purchase.

This movie was very well directed and had great acting but I cant get over the terrible time it had trying to connect the lives of a cop that killed a kid, some very lame parents, and a total pervert (was it just me or did this movie make it seem like I should feel bad for him...he even said in the movie to his mom that he can't help it...give me a break). Very well done and I will have to watch it again but being a new parent, this movie actually made me feel sick and not in a positive way...i found it a bit disturbing, what i felt i was trying to be fed that is.

What an awful revised cover! The film feels much more like the first cover than the second. I hope they come to their senses or perhaps release a special edition using the original, more mysterious cover art.
