Transferring Best Buy warrantee?
So I'm selling my Toshiba HD DVD player and I still have a 3 year warrantee from Best Buy that hasn't kicked in yet (haven't even owned it a year). Is there a way to transfer it over to the new buyer? Should I just give them the receipt and "X" out my personal information?

Transferability

Best Buy warranties start on the day of purchase, not once the initial product warranty expires.
Sam's Club (and possible Costco) offer warranties that start only after your product's warranty expires
