DVDAsian..in & out of stock???
Upon my second (or 3rd) order with DVD-A, I'm perplexed.
I ordered the "Seven Swords" 3-discer, and it was showing "In Stock-ships in 1-2 days"
This status was displayed for a day afterwards, that I'm aware of.
After my order status went from processing to waiting to ship.. then back to processing (3rd-4th days) I checked and noted the item now showing "In-Transit 3-7 day ship".
I waited a couple more days & e-mailed.
Was told that I'd ordered an out of stock item (bs), that would be back in stock in 3-7 days & shipped to me "quickly as possible".
It's been another week (2, since the order) and still no change + despite their statement that your card isn't charged til shipment... "they" indicated it had (I haven't verified w/ my bank yet), but they would refund.
Anyone encountered problems with DVD-A In/Out of stock orders?
Should I ask for a card credit & purchase from elsewhere, or wait it out?
Frustrating to order something showing as "In Stock" and pay for expedited shipping, only to be put on a Back Order list.
