Getting a refund for dvdplanet

Ok i order some dvds from them and the same day i tried to cancel via email three days no response from them and all of a sudden they shipped them i am kinda pissed so i call hem up and the operator says i should refuse the package,cant they keep my money and the dvds if i do that?

Welcome to DVDtalk!

Please take some time to look around and get a feel for the place. For instance this post would be better in the Store Forum as it is a specific question about a specific store.

WRT your question if you refuse the package and they attempt to keep your money it seems to me all you have to do is refute the charge, assuming you used a CC.

That is pretty standard--most companies just have you refuse the package when you change your mind on an order (or if they ship it twice or whatever).

I've never had problems getting my money back when I refused the package.
