DDD price change shortly after order...
On 1/5/07 I placed an order with DDD, and one of the DVD's I bought was $20.42. I just noticed today that the price for this particular DVD has just dropped everywhere, and DDD now has it for $9.29.
Is there anything I can do? I could technically return it then reorder I guess (once I actually receive them, they should be in this week), but it would be much easier to call and just have them credit the difference. Has anyone had any experience like this, and would DDD do such a thing?

Well I just gave them a call. The lady on the phone said she'll forward it to customer service and they'll credit my card back "if they can". She said they usually don't do it after 10 days, so I guess we'll see.

Yeah, they always say that to cover themselves, from the experiences I've had with them, but they usually do the refund.
