With the close of 2005 being less than 12 hours away, now seems like a good time to get the spending tab for the new year rolling. Although I started the first one, I only kept with it less than the first half of 2005. That shouldn't be the case this time around.
There aren't any rules, per say, but there's one guideline we may want to follow:
- Every poster gets one post as a placeholder for their tab. Constant bumping of the thread to post your entire tab isn't necessary. Just figure on your intial post being the place you update your tab throughout the year. This should help clean the thread up a bit and keep things from getting repetitive.
So have at it. But not until midnight.

Although I didn't participate in the 05 thread, I did keep track... and it's frightening. Actually, I didn't keep track of prices, just of what I bought each day.
I could have stopped buying in early September, and I still would have averaged a title per day to my collection for all of 05. When I get to work on Monday (dont' have the file saved at home), I'll be able to at least post the number of titles I bought during the year. Update: I got tired of counting, but I added at least 500 titles to my collection in 05, and at least 30% of that was TV on DVD.
I have a feeling I'll be spending less in 06, since I've picked up most of the back stuff I wanted in 05, but we'll see what happens...
