I see Itunes has a free exerpt, but I do not recall this running on TV

Any info?

No, it has not aired yet.

Edit: The show is scheduled to air January 18th.

NBC promoted the shit out of this during reruns, then they came back and showed the House parody instead?

Though at times thin, there are plot arcs in this show that require the episodes to air in order. And you say "during reruns" like it was off for a month. It was only off two weeks during the holidays!

BTW - is His Story IV really the musical episode?
