I have a Panny 42" Plasma TH-42PX60U and a Zenith Silver Sensor connected for OTA HD. Currently have RR internet cable only (no TV Cable, Sat or Dish etc) connected directly from the wall.

If I disconnect the OTA and RR cable, hook up the cable directly to the TV, do a scan, I get some cable channels like Bravo, FX, some music etc....

Is there a splitter, switcher (those may be the wrong terms), that I can effectively connect OTA, my Internet cable AND use the QAM tuner at the same time(at the wall or TV) so I don't have to keep disconnecting the cable?

I am look for something that CC, BB or WallyMart carries. . Even monoprice.com

Thanks!

2 good 2-way splitter/combiners should do the trick. One to split the cable line to the TV and modem and the other to combine the antenna and cable line into the TV. I'm not sure what frequency the cable runs at these days, they seem to be all over the place. I'm not sure if you need a 1GHz (http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?&Partnumber=180-710) or 2 GHz (http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?&Partnumber=180-351) model. So go with the 2.

Thanks Spiky,

Sorry about the delay in responding. I bought one similar from Lowes that is +2Ghz. Works great. The QAM tumer works well on this Panny(excellent pic btw even for SD).

Thanks Again!

Have a great Holiday!
