does ddd actually respond to emails or is it all automated?
i recently made orders during their last sale and for some reason the 3 dvds were shipped in 2 separate orders (2 in one, and 1 by itself). i got the single dvd but its been awhile and still nothing on the other 2 (even though i got an email saying they were shipped 11/29...in fact the other dvd, which i did get was shipped 2 days later).
so i sent them an email about it and got this:
is this just an automated reply and should i just wait for a real person to check the status or is this the ONLY reply i should expect? i cant tell. the first paragrah seems automated but then the 2nd one gives me the impression that they "answered" my concern (which obviously they did not).
duh i checked the online order status. it says completed and i got an email saying it was sent weeks ago.
so im hoping i get a "real" reply soon. does anyone know if i should re-send an email or call?
so i sent them an email about it and got this:

The one time I emailed them I got that exact message you posted, then a few hours later I got a real response in such poor English that it was even less helpful than the automated response.

I had problems with a missing shipment during one of the 20% off sales.I emailed them with problem and received an email apologizing and stating they were re-sending DVDs.They did just that.

Yeah, just call them. You get much better results. They sent me a different disc on an order durring last year's 20% off sale, so I called them up the next day. Got right through to a nice English speaking person, who was very helpful and got me straightened out right away
