DVD Talk review of 'Shades of Darkness'
I read Ian Jane's DVD review of Shades of Darkness at http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=25477 and...
Just wanted to mention that the comment "...well-known British authors like Edith Wharton..." is not factually correct. Edith Wharton was born in New York, and almost her entire canon of literature takes place within the borders of America (with a few exceptions where characters travel to France, as in "House of Mirth" and "Age of Innocence").
To classify her as a British writer is misleading, especially considering her residences were located namely in New York and France (with a cottage in Massachusetts), not England.
Minor point, good review, by the way ;-)
