TRU Saturday sale (12/16) - The Little Mermaid and Cars for $9.99

Just opened my paper and see that Toys R Us will be selling "The Little Mermaid" and "Cars" on DVD for only $9.99. According to the ad they're only on sale on Saturday.

It's not certain whether of not it will be available online (there's an item number but the little computer icon next to most other things in the ad isn't there).

I think you had a typo and meant to type "in store only" which is the case. I went by around 9 this morning and pickup the last widescreen version of cars. Did anyone notice the excess number of spanish version of cars?

There's a spanish version??? Why didn't they just include a spanish dub and/or subtitles on the regular release?

Anyway, I picked up Cars at Wal-mart by pricematching it with the ad. I knew that if I wasn't at my TRU when they opened it would be a wasted trip even trying to get one a couple of hours late.

ppawuk, thanks for posting this. Toys 'r' Us and Wal-Mart were both out of CARS by the time I got there, but I managed to find one and price-match at Best Buy. You've helped make my two year-old's Christmas a little (lot?) merrier!
