12/8 only TV on DVD sets at Sears $16.99

I'm sorry this is a little late, but with holiday hours this might help somebody. I just got home. Today I was at sears and noticed a sign in the DVD section that said all Tv on DVD sets Reg 22.99-49.99 were on sale for $16.99. The only ones they had were Family Guy Vol 4 and Seinfeld season 7. Then I noticed 24 season 5 in the new release section. Since it was onsale (45.99) It didn't scan for $16.99 but I was able to get them to override it since the regular price was $49.99

Wow, great deals. Would have loved to get in on FG, Sein, and 24. Too late for me to check it out though. Thanks anyway.

That's a crying shame that the sale was just one day, isn't available on-line and that none of our many DVD Talk members found it sooner. Damn I say!!!

However, while I was trying to see if the sale was available on-line I did find a good sale on the TV boxsets of the Shield, NYPD Blue, and Arrested Developmnt S01 for $19.99. I think the DDD sale might be better, but it's worth a look.

I'm not sure if the sale was even advertised. I tried to find an ad to see if I could get Wal-Mart to pricematch but I couldn't find one.
