Don't know for sure, but it does say that the list price is $29.99.... would it be that high for the single disc? Guess we'll have to wait a few more hours to find out for sure! :)

It is the single disc version. The 2 disc has a silver border around the picture. And the list price for 2 dc is 34.99

A buddy of mine, who used to work for Overstock, said when they have great deals like this, people who sell on Ebay hire folks to flood the site and get the "one" that is allowed. Naturally, the item appears on Ebay soon after at a slightly higher pric

I've never had a problem with Overstock although I passed on Pirates and got the two disc at Best Buy. When a book I wanted got bumped the customer service was very nice and even let me keep my prior discount instead of making me pay it back.
