Great episode! I did it again I watched the previews for next week, which I hate to do with Showtime because they give away so much, but next weeks should be a good one as well. I hope the DVds are as cheap as other Showtime releases, I'd like to pick this up for my Dad.

Darkly Dreaming Dexter and the sequal Dearly Devoted Dexter, and I think there is a third one in the works.

Dex's handling of Paul shows a little bit of growth in how he handles his urges, his own internal sense of justice, and is actually using the system to get what is needed to happen without playing the card of death on Paul.
The repressed memories that get kickstarted by Rudy's hotel room setup makes you wonder what Rudy knows about Dex, but in a way it allowed Dex to confront those memories that left deep-seated scars in him as a little child.
Rudy has to be getting nervous, he's playing a truly dangerous game, keeping himself insulated by the cops, already has Deb as an alibi for Angel's attack, smart cookie.

It's okay though, because SLEEPER CELL: AMERICAN TERROR SUNDAY DECEMBER 9:00 PM SLEEPER CELL: AMERICAN TERROR SUNDAY DECEMBER 9:00 PM SLEEPER CELL: AMERICAN TERROR SUNDAY DECEMBER 9:00 PM SLEEPER CELL: AMERICAN TERROR SUNDAY DECEMBER 9:00 PM
I really hope they renew this series, and for more than one season. Showtime is bad about canning good shows after a season or two.

Speaking of Sleeper Cell Showtime VIP has the first part up. You can check it out, especially if you don't have showtime.

I've only just got back to catching up with the later half of this season (I watched the first 6 eps back in late '06) and the episodes have just been getting better and better. That final scene was very powerful and this episode was the best yet. I've heard the finale is out of this world and can't wait to get to it.
I was rooting for Dex to kill Paul but good on him for resisting. It's just Paul's such a dickwad and reminds me too much of the equally dicky dickwad "Scorpio" from Dirty Harry.
