In the documentary dvd "Film Noir: Bringing Darkness to Light" that
came with the recent (July 2006) Warner Noir boxset, at about 19 min. there's a clip (probably the end of a movie) showing a crowd around a dead guy, a neon
sign above says Dreamland. What movie was that? Unfortunately there's
several unidentified clips that are shown while the critics are discussing other films.

That scene is from The Set-Up (1949). Excellent film included in the first WB noir collection.

Thanks! I saw it many years ago but don't remember much about it. The library has the dvd, so I'm gonna check it out again.
