Is it possible to cancel an order placed with Google Checkout?

Earlier this morning I placed an order on CDUniverse.com using Google Checkout. Now I found another online store with the item for a lower price, so I'm wondering if there's a way to cancel the order?

I don't see any way to cancel the order from Google Checkout. The only thing is a link that says "Have questions about this order? Contact CDUniverse" and it brings up an email form. And I can't do anything from the CDUniverse site because checking order status requires a password, which you don't have if you use Google Checkout.

I guess I can try to email CDUniverse, but it would be more efficient if I could just click on a "cancel order" button somewhere on some website (which would cancel it immediately), instead of trying to deal with a customer service rep (which might take hours if not days).

Dont know if this helps but it seems that you can cancel an order. I have never used Google checkout.

Google Checkout is just a "front" for payment. It will all depend (probably) on the e-tailer if you can cancel or not.

You need to use the form letter drop down that says you can to cancel the order. Write in there that you want to cancel and then they will cancel the order on their end. Don't cancel on the site directly or it could affect any crediting of funds back to your card if they already have a hold on funds.
