Simple question. If DDD.com extended their 20% off sale till 11/30, would you buy the set from them?

No, because I'm not interested in this set at all.

No because I've already spent 257 on the DDD sale and after 11/21 that'll jump to 303.

Absolutely.

With the current extension, I'm already planning on a 3rd purchase Tuesday for 11/21 releases (ST:TAS and Boston Legal S2).

Without an extension, I'm just going to ask for it for x-mas.

Absolutely! I would also buy Clerks II and An Evening With Kevin Smith 2 from DDD as well.

Otherwise, they won't get my business for any of these items...

Ditto.

You need more options...

Not interested at all.
Not interested in the set or individual releases.
Only interested in the "Richard Donner Superman II" release.

I would definately get it as well as Clerks II and An Evening With Kevin Smith 2. But as we all know they are not going to extend it again. So, i will purchase these somewhere else. As much as i love DDD, there are better prices out there on these.

I can't wait for the it to be delivered so I will have to buy them at my local dvd store. I just wished it was coming out 11-21-06.

Um, how is this poll a deal? And it's hypothetical to boot. Please move to correct forum.

I mostly want the Superman II Richard Donner cut, but with a good enough deal (like 20% off DDD's current price) I'd probably get the set. Without the discount I'll probably just buy that one (or maybe wait for a future sale).

Nope, because I got screwed by DDD last year when I bought the Wrestlemania 21-disc set and got a bad disc. I wouldn't want to take the chance of getting a bad disc, which with how long their shipping takes, is far more likely that if I were to buy it in the store.

I don't trust their defective return policy, so I'll get it at Amazon or a B&M where I know an exchange would go far smoother.

$200 should just be enough to cover half of what the set will cost at Borders.

I order online... and borders.com reroutes you to amazon.com. I'll be using Amazon's 69.99 price
