Walmart $3 DVD's

Just got back from Walmartthey had a small section with $3 movies. Some low key movies that may be of interest.

The Fixer
The Funeral
Sherlocke Holmes and the ghost of White chapel

There were about 12 in all. A number of them were the gangster/mobster variety. One had Harvey Keitel and another has benico Del Toro (sp).
One was a movie or doc about sharks and a few looked like made for tv movies.

I can't remember all the titles off hand but some looked decent for $3. They all came in the good keepsake cases.

They had a couple of films I'd wanted on DVD for a while: The Last Days of Frankie the Fly and the Eric Roberts/Anthony Edwards version of In Cold Blood.

I'm interested in The Funeral too, with Christopher Walken, directed by Abel Ferrara. I think the only versions out there right now are fullscreen. Isn't the OAR of this 1.85:1?

If The Funeral is the same one that I saw in the bin, then it's fullscreen.

Yes, the version of The Funeral that's in the bins is fullscreen. However the widescreen version is OOP, so that's all there is.

I was off a little off on the title. it's The Case of the Whitechalel Vampire.
It's a "Hallmark Entertainment" movie, so it's most likely a tv movie. nobody's reviewed it on Amazon and IMDB had one review 6.0 out of 10.0.

I figured for $3 i can't go wrong. Not my usual genre I watch but for $3, it's wotrth a try.
