are the 5 different volumes released in one package each? or do some or all have limited cases?

I think they all had "limited" cases. One was in a tire tread case, the latest w/ a license, etc

I don't think I ever saw one in a store in normal packaging.

And, yes, 5 different packages of 10 or so episodes each, series now complete.
