Thats they way i felt. I actually hadn't even ever heard about it until i read about it on dvdtalk the saturday after the pilot aired. I was visiting my parents and my mom was watching the Soap Network where they said they were re-airing the pilot. Well i was curious so we decided to give it a chance, which was the first time in my life that I had watched something on SN. Around 20 minutes into it, my mom and i were kept giving each other looks waiting for it to get good. By the closing credits we were both singing it praises, and we still have a chat every thursday nite after its over, which is nice since our taste in pretty much everything is very different and usually the only thing we have to talk about is my kids.

I think this show is running in all cylinders now. Plus we get a guest appearance by the one and only Salma Hayek (looking as always). She also supposed to appear in a few more episodes, so I'm looking forward to those.

I like the whole subplot of Betty's father being an illegal and a killer. I also predict that Just call it a hunch.

This show doesn't feel like a new show, and it just moves briskly through the multiple storylines too.

I was thinking that the older sister won't be from Betty's father, since she is older. It would explain Betty being his favorite as well.

So do we know who this chick in the shadows is supposed to be? Are we supposed to think that it is Fey? I think that it is Daniel's thought to be dead brother.
