Saw these at two Twin City Half Price Books stores yesterday. They don't sell online, but have a lot of stores. Here's the locater page:

I bought 'em both during you-know-who's sale last year for around sixteen bucks each.
BTW, if you have a store near you be sure to sign their mailing list. I received a series of 50-40-30 and 20% off coupons I'm using this week. Picked up the outstanding "Nowhere Man" complete series yesterday (used) for $14.
