Anybody know if the Searchers in the John Wayne collection is the 50th anniversary edition? Couldn't tell from the description. Thanks.

The John Wayne Signature Collection is old, and predates Warner's realization that its back catalog is a gold mine. Both The Searchers and Stagecoach are the older, subpar, single disc editions. Rio Bravo and The Cowboys haven't been upgraded, though Rio Bravo deserves a special edition. You can get them pretty cheaply, and then pick up the Wayne/Ford set for the better versions of The Searches and Stagecoach.
