The DVD is bilingual (English/French)
Note: I ordered a DVD from them last year, and it was in PAL. This one might be in PAL as well. Also, it doesn't say what region its for. The one I got last year was region-free, might be the same for this one too.

It was called "Combatting Terrorism: NATO's Role". Here's some small scans of the front and back of the paper sleeve it came in.

On the back (very hard to see on this scan) it says PAL and region-free, so I guess this "HQ" DVD will be like this as well.
