I noticed Bewitched seasons have a $9.50 off at register when two are purchased.

Do they actually physically scan 'The Omen Collection' for it to get the $10 rebate off. I asked someone last week to price check it at the check out and it priced at $29.99.

Yes they scan it and $10 comes off. You usually pay tax on the full pre discount price.
