IGN's Weekly "Lust" List
I like the idea of this and it generates some discussion across all platforms, so I though it would be cool to have it's own thread. I'll post last weeks for comparison.
====Week 1=====
Here are the top ten games across all platforms for the week of 10/1/2006 - 10/8/2006:
1. Halo Wars (X360)
2. Assassin's Creed (X360)
3. Gears of War (X360)
4. BioShock (X360)
5. Alan Wake (X360)
6. The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (Wii)
7. Mass Effect (X360)
8. Fable 2 (X360)
9. Marvel: Ultimate Alliance (X360)
10. Super Smash Bros. Brawl (Wii)
====Week 2=====
1. The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (Wii)
2. Super Smash Bros. Brawl (Wii)
3. Assassin's Creed (X360)
4. Super Mario Galaxy (Wii)
5. Halo Wars (X360)
6. Call of Duty 3 (X360)
7. Gears of War (X360)
8. Guitar Hero II (PS2)
9-10. (Tie) Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz (Wii)
9-10. (Tie) Halo 3 (X360)
===============
So obviously this new feature sparked some interest and got people to revisit their wishlists and notifications. Probably what they were hoping. So it is interesting seeing the shift of interest, especially with Bioshock dropping off the list.
Even more interesting is Monkey Ball making it up there. No doubt due to their recent preview on the site. Also, still not much interest in PS3 releases? Come on. Where are those 100 million users at?
All in all, almost an even split between 360 and Wii, with the sole PS2 release being the deciding factor.

I think it's b/c the PS3 launch is average, at best. Glad to see so many Xbox titles up there. Some quality games coming out over the next year or so.

Also five of those games will be on PS3 as well (Assassin's Creed, BioShock, Call of Duty 3, Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, Alan Wake). They're just listed for 360.

Bioshock and Alan Wake are 360 exclusives. The PS3 version of Bioshock is just a rumor that has never been officially confirmed by the developers. Also, that 14 minute walkthrough that was released not too long ago said 360 and PC only. A PS3 port could happen sometime in the future, but at the current time, it is not looking very likely. Alan Wake is published by Microsoft. There is absolutely no way Microsoft would let the game be released on a rival console.
