I really am curious to as to the whole beef between Orson and MIke. Why did Orson hit Mike with the car? He seems like such a nice guy, and if they hadn't showed him actually hitting Mike with the car, I might still believe he was a good guy. THe whole thing could have been a "red herring". However, now that we know he hit MIke, we know this guy has some pretty big skeletons in his closet, the questions is.....what are they?

yeah me too. it will all start to come out soon i think as the season progresses and if mike gets his memory back. edy trying to move in on mike was pretty funny. quite an opportunist.

overall, it was a good episode IMO. gabby getting arrested for assault was humorous. looks like the edy/susan storyline is going to get going again. lynette is getting a little boring, what ever happened to showing her at work?

I thought this episode was just plain loony & all over the place. LOVED IT.

Poor Bree...just loved her reaction to her kids' extracurricular activities.

to Tom's other family missing in this episode.

Nora will be back next week

to Susan. I like Teri Hatcher, but with the exception of the last few minutes, the show came to a grinding halt everytime Susan came on.

With Mike awake, I'm ready for a Susan-Edie showdown.

I've liked all the stories with the exception of Susan.

Loved Bree's face as Orson was trying to explain what Andrew did to the doc

Well, we do know that Mike wasn't always such a good guy in his past. I am thinking that maybe he did something to Orson back when he was all strung out on drugs or something, and that Orson is getting his revenge now. So maybe Orson is still a "good guy" overall but he he has a twisted way of enforcing his moral judgment on others.

This episode didn't exactly do much to make Gabrielle sympathetic in the divorce struggle, did it?

Mayor Anita Massengill was looking awfully ghostly white.

Loved how she broke the news to Bree about the history teacher.

I thought this episode had alot of funny parts, most of them had to do with Bree.

Bree getting the news about her daughter and the teacher.

Orson trying to explain what Andrew did for money.

Oh, and I'd love to see Gabby poor for a while, especially when she thought she was soo cool trying to "1 up" Carlos.

This was a show of great "face" moments...
Bree's face when she learned of her daughter and the history teacher
Carlos' face when he learned of Gabby and the gardener
Susan's face when she left the hospital room after Mike told her not to come back
Lynette's face when the pitcher pointed at her

Great episode!

Gabby's face when she saw Carlos' face after she was evicted from the car. He was pissed and is going to take things to a whole new level.

Fun episode last night (and a great season thus far). Carlos and Gabby's scenes were all pretty good.

I think with them ramping this divorce up SO much, I think Gabi and carlos will be back together.

But..I could be wrong.

I was glad Carlos dumped Gabby's ass out on the side of the road. Classic!

While the episode was enjoyable, it was lacking some overall oomph, perhaps it was still more of a "setup" episode for more payoffs to come in later episodes.

Lynnette's subplot seemed like filler.

Bree's subplot seems to have the most potential for more nasty developments. Bree was giving the viewers alot of "face".

Susan's subplot is getting stale. Looks like Edie peek at Mike's junk has motivated her to turn Mike against Susan (plus all the other bits of animosity that has builts up these 2 years).

Two things that really bugged me about last night's episode:

1. Where the hell were Lynette's other 3 kids the whole time?

2. All of a sudden Andrew is the perfect son?

I think it was established in Season 1 that Lynette's house contains a portal to an dimension outside time & space. Whenever a particular kid isn't important to the plot, it gets put into the portal.

That was the Carlos face I was talking about...after he dumped her and was getting back into the car and he stared her down. That was a great face. Intense!

There were a couple shots of Andrew last season, where they deliberatly showed him regretting they way he treated Bree. He would make that evil smile and then a second later it would drop to sadness. Good multi-dimensional portrayal. Even if you don't like his story line, the actor that plays Andrew is darn good.

As for Lynettes family, I can only guess that the kids are locked in the basement with a bowl of dog food. This storyline/family has consistantly been the weakest link in the show.

Carlos obviously went to the Bree Van de Kamp school for taking care of your problems.

And if Mike still thinks its 2004, it would be funny if he woke up and asked what was in the hatch on Lost.

It's kind of funny that a character has regressed back to the show's best season. I bet all the characters wish they could go back to 2004!

That was a dull episode IMO. Season has been great so far, but this one hearkened back to season 2.

Marc Cherry has stated that Bree is based on his own mother. It's not too unreasonable to assume, then, that Andrew is somewhat based on himself. So it wouldn't be surprising to me if Andrew is more or less redeemed by the end.
