AFter the first few episodes started slow things started to pick up a little bit. Skillz first game with the ravens, Dan continues to be haunted by the ghost of Keith, Mouth's hilarious drunken ran on being just the friend and never the boyfriend to girls, and the sick stalker storyline of Peyton's alleged brother Derek.

Uh, wasn't tonight's ep the 3rd of the season? Also, Mouth wasn't even drunk when he was going off on his rants. He said himself when he was talking to Lucas that he hadn't even drank a whole beer yet.

Skillz and Whitey were the highlight of the episode. Well, that and cheerleader outfits and Rachel in a bikini top.

Thought there was some good lines in this episode. Mostly by Skillz. I think this season has started off pretty good, but I find myself fast forwarding when ever Peyton is talking.
So the dude stalking Peyton? Brother or not?

That plus the Brooke Rachel fight at the end, "You kiss your unborn baby with that mouth!?" has me rolling.

That was a great line. Speaking of Brooke and Rachel, why do they share a room in that big house? Now if they shared a bed, I wouldn't question it.

Watching this episode and last I kept thinking Peyton's "brother" came in too easily. Now I guess I was right. Completely creepy. I actually know 2 young women (19 and 23) who have a weekly podcast as well as an open cam. Everytime I see them I tell them how unsafe it is in a world full of weirdos. They insist it is okay, as it isn't in their bedrooms, and they are home <1/2 the times and in front of it <1/2 of that.

That being said, if Peyton had a cam I'd keep it on. :x

Also I love the use of the Gym Class Heroes song during the start of the afterparty. I met a couple of the guys when they were in town. Good guys. Good music.

Supposedly its her brother, but at the end it made you believe it could be some creepy kid lying about being her brother. If there was any kind of message from this story its that with podcasts, webcams, and myspace pages. It just shows you how unsafe it can be.

Peyton's hair sure was long this episode. At first, I thought it might be a flashback or something.

Derek is one creepy dude. Of course, what is it with psychotic stalkers who are compelled to put 100's of photos on their wall of stalk? It's such a cheap visual way to show the viewer that the stalker has a total mad-on for the object of their desires.

Peyton looks fantastic this season. With her hair grown out, she shines in all her scenes this season. I'm a big Hilarie Burton fan (but I'm not a stalker, I swear!)

I haven't noticed her hair this season. Is it curly again? I like 1st season hair. When she straightened it I thought it was an insult to me personally.

It's not curly-curly, just tresses out and much more fuller than previously, it frames her face well. I swear I'm not stalking her!

You psycho! Why are you so obsessed with Peyton? Did she rescue you from a car wreck or something?

I'm stalking Peyton too - she does look really good this year. She seems to have found a happy medium between her curly look of the first couple seasons and the straight hair of last season.

If Rachel wasn't so retarded in her values, her character could be more interesting, but as the homewrecker early this season, she's too one-note of a character.

Peyton's half-bro still gives me the creeps.

This show has always had quite a bit of music in it, mainly to pimp up and coming artists on the WB label in the past.

I disagree about the one-note part. In fact, I wish that were the case. The problem with Rachel is she's all over the place. First, she's a rival for Brooke. So she goes after Lucas. When that doesn't pan out, she starts leading Mouth on. Then she suddenly wants to be accepted, so she starts making nice with everyone. When that doesn't work out, she releases the time capsule. When that backfires(literally), she gets depressed. Which isn't helped by the fat photo that surfaces. Then suddenly she's banging Cooper and lying about her age. When he rejects her after finding out the truth, she goes psycho and lies about being pregnant and nearly kills herself. Now she's obsessed with Nathan.

Ironically, the one character she has been consistent towards is Mouth. She's always been a tease around him. They should've left her as the bitchy, arrogant rival of Brooke. She was a lot more interesting then. But now instead of being Valerie Malone, she's Emily Valentine(for all you 90210 fans out there).

The first two episodes of the season really didn't get me back into this series, and I was kinda half thinking that the show had lost its spark... this weeks episode definately got everything back on track and I'm glad the show is back to its old self. That being said I hope they don't go completely after school-special on the Brooke Pregnancy... And as far as teh stalker goes I think they introduced that a little too soon... they should have given it like 3/4 episodes for the audience to get to know and like the guy before they droped the bomb shell...

And I wish Dan would just kill himself already...
