Proper protocal for requesting a price adjustment w/ Amazon?
hey guys,
I bought the canon SD600 for about 257, maybe about 3 weeks ago, and I was wondering what the proper procedures for a price adjustment were w/ Amazon because I heard you can ge tthem. Also, is there a particular time window I have to do it within? Thanks.

Yeah, if the price drops within 30 days you can get a refund.
Go here:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/contac...529770-1221729
Select Refund Inquiry, and email them saying you bought it within the last 30 days and the price has dropped. Then the refund should show up at the bottom of that order's status page and you should get the money credited back in a few days.

Amazon in most cases is great about refunding the difference whenever an item drops in price. I prefer calling customer service directly instead of emailing them, but either method should work fine. I would say if there is a time window it is probably within 30 days of the purchase date.
