Oh my God! Can this show get more ridiculous and farfetched? The counterfeiters, the jewelry maker, the neglectful single mother and of course, Horatio saving another kid.

I had to laugh at the whole walk on the beach scene with the whole gang.

If things do not improve in the next two episodes, I may actually *gulp* drop this show.

Yes, this one really goes for the cliches - dialogue, plot, photography. That closing walk on the beach was laughable.

Caruso should play Elton John in a tele-biopic.

When Calleigh got pissed at Wolf, her accent almost totally disappeared.

I actually finally did drop it. I will miss the resplendent HDTV-ish ness of it which is unrivalled, but the episodes have become just ludicrously bad. Oh well.

Well Emily Proctor is from Raleigh, NC and graduated from ECU. After living in the Raleigh area for a little over a year now, I can tell you that's no fake accent she's got

I'm sure the walk on the beach was in ref to it being Episode #100 right?
but yes this wasn't the best episode, not by a long shot.

I do love though how they get the use of the coastguard choppers and boats.

IMHO I thought this was one of the best episodes I have seen in a long time.
